Longhorn,2wd, 350/350. Orignal motor, not in truck. Truck is set up for
big block. Just need to move mounts to convert back to small
block setup. Camper special truck with 8'6 bed. Came with dual fuel
tanks, I never did use the second one. Factory needle gauges. Big
rear end, possible 4.77 or 5.13 geared Eaton 1-ton. Has 31 tires
on 15x10 white wagon wheels on it. Have a complete front carriage
unit with Disc Brakes from a 3/4ton GMC, 8 bolt like rear
end. I am the second owner, bought truck from GM employee. Body
is very rough, but would be a great vehicle for someone to
restore to orginal with patience and knowledge. Comes with clear title, great
setup for an older tow vehicle. Mileage is around 120,000 on truck.
Only ran about 12,000 with big block in it. Big block is
already sold out of it, sorry. Truck has very light deer damage
or passenegr side. Amazing what the truck did to a deer doing
65mph and sufferred so little damage. The rear end is full time
positraction with full floating axles. The rear brakes were done once, probably
need new seals in them now. This truck will haul or tow
anything, even with the 350 in it. The 350 is on an
engine stand in garage, the heads are still set up for leaded
fuel. A simple rebuild kit and new valve seats for the heads
is all that is needed. I love this truck, but it's time
for someone to get it who can work on it and get
the use out of it.
