| 1965 BUICK RIVIERA 8,500.00 - True original GS model, from California originally. It has all the orig
GS componets except the block is from a 66 GS (code MZ).
It has the correct date coded AFB carbs. It has the correctly
dated BS transmission. It has a posi rearend which I think is
a 3:58.Mechanically this car is in super condition.The car was stored inside
for about 15 years and when it was pulled out it was
all gone thru. I have receipts for over $5000. The AC is
all complete but does need some work. The body is very solid
with no bondo. There are 3 areas of rust. The front floor
pans need some work but could be patched. The other spot is
down low on the pass quarter behind the wheel well. This car
is loaded with options PS, PB, PW(all work), AM/FM with reverb (works),
wood tilt wheel, P Ant, P trunk, rally wheels, rare handling package
which incl quick ratio steering and beefy suspension, optional rocker mouldings,P seat.
The int is in nice shape although it does need a dash
pad and the headliner is loose. I have a new window felt
kit and a new interior wood kit, the carpet is new. The
headlight motor is out and needs rebuilt.This car would be an easy
restoration and the GS's sell in the $20-35k range when done. Email
